This license agreement outlines what you can and cannot do with digital products purchased from the Visuals by David marketplace. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Personal

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial use

What you CAN do:

  • Use in personal projects
  • Use in school/educational projects
  • Use in non-profit work (with attribution)
  • Modify and customize for personal use
  • Create one end product for yourself

What you CANNOT do:

  • Use in commercial projects
  • Resell or redistribute the product
  • Use for client work
  • Include in templates for sale
  • Share your download with others
Commercial

Commercial License

For business and client work

What you CAN do:

  • All Personal License uses
  • Use in commercial projects
  • Use for client work
  • Use in products for sale
  • Create unlimited end products
  • Use in paid advertising

What you CANNOT do:

  • Resell or redistribute as-is
  • Include in templates or tools for sale
  • Claim as your own original work
  • Sub-license to others
  • Use in trademark/logo registration
Extended

Extended License

For resale and distribution

What you CAN do:

  • All Commercial License uses
  • Include in templates for sale
  • Use in merchandise for sale
  • Unlimited commercial distribution
  • Use in digital products for resale
  • Multi-user team access

What you CANNOT do:

  • Resell the original source files
  • Claim original authorship
  • Use in illegal or harmful content
  • Sub-license the raw product

Detailed License Terms

1. Grant of License

Upon completing your purchase, Visuals by David grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product according to the license type you selected at checkout.

2. Ownership

You are granted a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property. Visuals by David retains all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the product.

3. Modifications

You may modify, adapt, and customize the product to suit your needs. However, the resulting work is still subject to the terms of your license and cannot be redistributed as a competing product.

4. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial and extended licenses. Personal license users must provide attribution when used in public projects.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

6. Liability Limitation

Visuals by David shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

7. Termination

Your license automatically terminates if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. License Upgrades

You may upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference between your current license and the desired license level. Contact us to arrange an upgrade.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds on digital products.
